Through UAE Team Emirates-XRG, we are determined to ‘Energize Ambition’ by investing in the success and development of others – a belief that remains central to the global growth aspirations of the business.
Powering the next Pogacar
Since it was launched in 2025, the UAE Team Emirates-XRG Youth Academy, Powered by ADNOC, has reached more than 2,000 children aged 7–12 who dream of being the next Tadej Pogačar, UAE Team Emirates-XRG’s reigning world champion.
The youth-focused initiative aims to build a cycling culture in Abu Dhabi, offering in-school coaching focused on bike-handling, confidence and coordination in a safe environment. It also hosts community events and surprise visits from professional riders such as Pogačar.
Each day, XRG’s belief in the power of cycling is helping to add even more riders to the total of over 1 billion people who ride bicycles worldwide – a statistic that makes bicycles the most common vehicle globally.
And that’s just as important as celebrating UAE Team Emirates-XRG’s Tour de France titles and World Road Race Championships.
